Hi there! I'm Maxine, a certified personal trainer who believes we can all achieve our ideal balance between fitness and wellbeing. With the correct support, and a program that recognises us as individuals, anything is possible!
After struggling with my weight and self image for years, I decided that change needed to happen, and started my journey into fitness. Realising how good it made me feel, I wanted to share that feeling with others and help them achieve the same result.
